How do I fill a keepsake urn?

Open the keepsake, then use a small spoon or funnel to transfer a portion of ashes from the main urn over a sheet of paper. A little wood glue or clear adhesive on the closure will seal it permanently.

How should I clean it?

A soft, dry cloth is all it needs. To protect the finish, avoid water, household cleaners and spots with strong sun or humidity.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed by 1:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday, ship the same business day. For engraved orders, the engraving proof needs to be approved by 1:00 PM CST to ship that day. Orders completed after the cutoff ship the next business day. Our team is available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
