Rocks in Water Cylinder Urn

A calm scene of rocks along the water at dusk decorates the Rocks in Water Cylinder Urn, a peaceful, biodegradable scattering tube.

Crafted from eco-friendly, biodegradable paper, it is made to return gently to the earth or water with no lasting impact on the environment.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if this urn is the right size?

Funeral directors typically recommend about one cubic inch per pound of body weight before cremation. At 240 cubic inches, this urn works for most adults up to around 240 pounds.

Can a scattering tube be buried too?

Yes. Because it is biodegradable, the tube can also be buried in a garden or a green burial site, where it will break down naturally. Check local rules for the location you have in mind.

Does this urn need special care?

Handle it gently and keep it dry. Avoid damp rooms, basements and direct sunlight so it stays in good condition until the day of the service.

Can I get this urn in time for a service?

Yes, we move quickly. Weekday orders placed by 1:00 PM CST ship the same business day, and orders after the cutoff ship the next business day. Business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST.
